Acceptable Use Policy

These rules protect people, customers, communications networks and the Rebnal platform. They apply to every user, agent, campaign, integration and API request.

Effective upon publication · Last updated: 21 October 2026

1.Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone who accesses or uses Rebnal websites, workspaces, APIs, conversational AI tools or related services. It forms part of the Terms of Service. You are responsible for your users, agents, campaigns, integrations and Customer Content.

2.Lawful and authorized use

You may not use the Services to violate law, regulation, court order or another person's rights. You must have authority to use all contact details, content, data sources, caller IDs, sender identities and integrations you provide.

You must follow applicable privacy, consumer protection, telecommunications, recording, marketing and sector-specific rules, including consent, notice, registration, do-not-call and opt-out requirements.

3.Calls, messages and outreach

When using Rebnal for calls or messages, you must not:

  • send spam, conduct unlawful telemarketing or repeatedly contact people who have opted out;
  • hide, spoof or misrepresent caller, sender, business or campaign identity;
  • record or monitor a communication without any notice or consent required by law;
  • use purchased, scraped or unlawfully obtained contact lists;
  • create artificial traffic, calls or messages to generate revenue, fees or network load; or
  • contact emergency services or represent Rebnal output as an emergency-response channel.

Maintain suppression lists, provide a practical opt-out, apply reasonable calling hours and keep evidence of consent where required.

4.Harm, abuse and exploitation

You may not use the Services to threaten, harass, stalk, exploit or facilitate harm to a person; promote violence or self-harm; distribute child sexual abuse material or non-consensual intimate content; facilitate human trafficking; discriminate unlawfully; or target vulnerable people through coercion or deception.

5.Fraud, impersonation and deception

You may not facilitate fraud, phishing, scams, identity theft, extortion, deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements or misleading claims. Do not present an AI agent as a specific real person without authorization. Where required by law or reasonably necessary to avoid deception, clearly disclose that a person is interacting with an automated system.

6.High-impact and professional decisions

You may not use Rebnal output as the sole basis for decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, education admission, legal services, medical care, public benefits or another matter with a material effect on a person's rights or access to essential services. Qualified human review and all legally required safeguards must remain in place.

7.Privacy and sensitive data

Do not collect, infer, expose or process personal information beyond what is lawful and reasonably necessary. Do not submit passwords, authentication secrets, payment-card security codes, private cryptographic keys or data obtained through unauthorized access.

Do not submit highly sensitive information, including health, biometric, financial, government-identifier or children's data, unless Rebnal has expressly authorized the specific processing in a signed agreement and you have all required authority and safeguards.

8.Security and platform integrity

You may not:

  • probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without written authorization;
  • introduce malware, destructive code or harmful instructions;
  • gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data;
  • interfere with service operation, evade rate limits or overload infrastructure;
  • bypass safeguards, access restrictions, quotas or monitoring; or
  • use the Services to compromise, disrupt or surveil another system or network.

9.Content and intellectual property

Do not upload or generate content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights, or that you are contractually prohibited from using. You may not use Rebnal to distribute unlawful content or to remove rights-management information. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication or delivery.

10.Restricted products and activities

You may not use the Services to facilitate illegal goods or services, unlawful gambling, weapons trafficking, illicit drugs, sanctions evasion, money laundering, unauthorized financial schemes, academic cheating services or other activity that creates an unreasonable legal, safety or platform-integrity risk. Rebnal may impose additional written restrictions for a specific industry, geography or communication channel.

11.Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and limit, suspend or terminate affected content, campaigns, integrations or accounts. We consider severity, intent, recurrence, risk and cooperation. We may preserve or disclose information when lawfully required and may report apparent illegal activity to appropriate authorities.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to correct a violation. Urgent threats, security incidents, unlawful activity or material risk may require immediate action.

12.Reporting concerns and updates

Report suspected abuse to Rebnal using the public contact details below. Include enough detail for us to identify the relevant account, communication or content, but do not send passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
