Terms of Service

These Terms set the rules for accessing Rebnal websites, workspaces and services, including responsibilities for accounts, content, AI output and business communications.

Effective upon publication · Last updated: 21 October 2026

1.Agreement and order of documents

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rebnal.bd and any Rebnal product, workspace, API or service that refers to them (collectively, the "Services"). The legal name used in these Terms is Rebnal. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

If your organization has an Order Form, service agreement, data processing agreement or other written contract with Rebnal, that document controls to the extent it conflicts with these Terms. The Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Policy are incorporated where applicable.

2.Eligibility and authority

You may use the Services only if you are legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it. Business administrators are responsible for authorizing users and managing their access.

3.Services, previews and changes

Rebnal is developing conversational AI tools for business communications and workflows. Features marked as a demo, preview, beta, planned or illustrative may be incomplete, change without notice, or never become generally available. A website preview is not a promise that a feature is operational.

Website previews may be improved, limited or discontinued. Any availability, change, notice or continuity commitment for a paid Service is governed by its signed agreement.

4.Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information, keep account details current and protect credentials and authentication devices. You may not share an individual login, bypass access controls, or allow unauthorized use.

You are responsible for activity under your accounts and for configuring roles, integrations and workflows appropriately. Notify Rebnal promptly through your verified support channel if you suspect compromise or unauthorized access.

5.Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for Customer Content, instructions, contact lists, workflows and outputs. You must:

  • have all rights, permissions, notices and consents required to submit and process Customer Content;
  • comply with privacy, telecommunications, marketing, consumer protection, employment, recording and other applicable laws;
  • honor opt-outs and suppression lists and use accurate, authorized caller or sender identification;
  • apply appropriate human review to AI output and consequential actions; and
  • follow the Acceptable Use Policy and any product documentation or usage limits.

6.Customer Content and data

These Terms do not transfer ownership of Customer Content. The rights needed to process Customer Content for a paid Service must be stated in the applicable signed agreement.

You must not submit content that you are not authorized to use. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy and any applicable data processing agreement. You are responsible for retaining copies of information that your organization must preserve.

7.AI output and human oversight

Automated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive or unsuitable for your purpose. Similar prompts may produce similar output for different users. You must evaluate output before relying on it and maintain human oversight proportionate to the risk.

Do not use the Services as the sole basis for emergency response, medical or legal advice, lending, employment, insurance, eligibility, public benefits or another decision that can materially affect a person's rights, safety or access to essential services.

8.Third-party services

If you choose to connect a third-party service, that provider's terms, fees and data practices may apply. Rebnal does not control third-party services.

9.Fees, taxes and usage

If you purchase paid Services, the applicable signed Order Form or checkout terms govern fees, taxes, usage charges, payment timing, cancellation and refunds. No payment or refund term is created by a website preview.

10.Ownership and use rights

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the Services or Customer Content. Rights to access and use a paid Service, and any rights relating to feedback, must be stated in the applicable signed agreement.

11.Confidentiality

Any confidentiality obligations for a paid Service are governed by the applicable signed agreement.

12.Suspension and termination

You may stop using website previews at any time. Rebnal may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful activity, harm to others or platform integrity. Suspension, termination, notice, cure periods and survival terms for a paid Service are governed by the applicable signed agreement and law.

13.Service limitations

Website previews and features identified as illustrative, planned, beta or demo are provided for evaluation and do not guarantee availability or a business result. AI output, communications delivery and third-party network availability can vary. Any warranties for a paid service must be stated in its signed agreement or arise under applicable law; these Terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14.Liability

Liability relating to a paid service is governed by the applicable signed agreement and mandatory law. For website previews or other use without a signed agreement, rights, remedies and liability are determined by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15.Governing law and disputes

A signed agreement may state governing law, dispute process and forum. Otherwise, applicable law determines them.

16.General terms and contact

Assignment, service continuity, severability, waiver and other general terms for a paid Service are governed by the applicable signed agreement and law.

We may update these website Terms as the website or law changes. Revised Terms will state their effective date. Applicable law and any signed agreement determine whether additional notice or consent is required.
