Data Deletion Instructions

Email [email protected] with the subject Rebnal data deletion request. Identify the email address associated with your Rebnal account and, if relevant, your business workspace and the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account.

Describe which information you would like deleted. Do not send Facebook/Instagram passwords, access tokens, verification codes or unrelated sensitive records. We may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request.

You can revoke Rebnal access in the applicable Facebook or Instagram account or business integration settings when available, or contact Rebnal for assistance with a connection.

Disconnecting a service does not always delete information previously received by Rebnal. Send a deletion request as described above if you also want stored data reviewed for deletion.

Rebnal reviews deletion requests in accordance with applicable law, relevant customer instructions and service agreements. Information controlled by a connected business customer may require coordination with that business. We may request reasonable identity or authority verification.

Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, financial or dispute-resolution obligations; protected backup copies may expire through normal retention. Where permitted, we will explain if information cannot be deleted.

Data held directly by Meta or another third-party service should be managed through that provider's own privacy or deletion tools.
