Payment & Billing Policy

Rebnal is designed for international business users and Bangladesh customers. Its billing architecture supports future subscription plus prepaid usage models. This page does not represent that live Stripe checkout, EPS checkout, final pricing, automatic renewals or live card storage have been activated.

Effective date: 1 November 2026

1. Subscription and usage plans

Rebnal may offer a Free tier with configurable daily limits, paid subscription entitlements, prepaid wallet credits, and separate measured usage for AI, website chat, messaging, speech, calling and other integrated features.

Final package names, amounts, quotas, trial durations, discounts, overage rates, paid credits and provider surcharges apply only after publication in the accepted commercial order. Preview plan examples are not binding.

2. Regional payment methods and eligibility

Stripe is a potential processor for international transactions through a legally eligible merchant business. Stripe does not currently list Bangladesh among directly supported merchant countries; we do not claim a Bangladesh Stripe merchant account. Eligibility depends on legal entity, tax, banking, identity and regulatory checks.

EPS (Easy Payment System) is a potential domestic Bangladesh payment option, subject to merchant onboarding, approval, credentials and integration testing. Neither provider is active merely because its name is in this policy.

3. What a customer sees before paying

Before any charge, an authorised checkout or signed order should show the contracting entity, exact service description, currency, final total including applicable taxes, billing interval, cancellation and refund links, and any authorised recurring or automatic top-up instruction.

We do not ask you to send card CVVs, OTP codes, passwords or full bank card numbers by email, chat or uploaded receipt. When a compliant payment processor is activated, sensitive payment credentials should be entered only in the verified processor flow.

4. Renewals, upgrades and downgrades

Recurring charges require a valid mandate and applicable disclosure. The applicable plan will define renewal notice, cancellation cutoff, feature entitlements, upgrade or downgrade dates, proration and treatment of an outstanding balance. No payment is authorised solely by reading this website.

Any auto top-up, overage debt, negative balance or postpaid service usage must be explicitly approved under published commercial rules.

5. Metering, voice and third-party fees

Pricing dimensions may include inbound and outbound messaging, templates, call minutes, speech-to-text or text-to-speech duration, AI model usage, conversations, provider costs, retries or workflow execution. Chargeable units, rounding, deduplication, failed operations, caps and audit records will be defined before billing is enabled.

Customer-facing records should distinguish subscription fees, funded wallet credits, paid usage, provider pass-through charges, promotional credits, refunds and taxes. Duplicate webhook events must not create duplicate credits or debits.

6. Wallet protection and limits

A service wallet, when activated, is for eligible Rebnal service spending rather than money transmission or deposits. Quotas and insufficient-funds rules may pause paid actions; customers should be told before authorising paid overages or replenishment.

Unspent paid credits and promotional credit treatment are governed by the accepted order, Refund & Cancellation Policy and mandatory local law.

7. Taxes, currency conversion and invoices

Currencies and payment methods vary by region and processor availability. Bank or card issuer FX fees may differ from displayed transaction amounts. VAT, GST, sales tax or withholding obligations may apply, depending on the customer's location and the contracting entity.

Where required, customers may need to supply accurate billing addresses, VAT or tax identifiers; compliant invoices and tax records will be issued as applicable. This page is not tax advice.

8. Failed payment, fraud and reconciliation

An unverified manual receipt, pending card charge or claim does not confirm settlement. Rebnal may review payment references and verify actual merchant/bank settlement before crediting an account. Duplicate payments, chargebacks and suspicious activity are reviewed subject to applicable provider and law requirements.
