1. Before a digital purchase
An eligible paid offer should disclose the service, charge, currency, taxes, activation or delivery method, billing period, renewal and cancellation rules and material refund restrictions before you pay. Delivery of SaaS access occurs electronically. There are no shipping or physical product return charges.
Where local law grants cooling-off or withdrawal rights, those mandatory rights take priority.
2. How to cancel a subscription
Where recurring plans are activated, an authorised workspace owner may cancel using the offered billing controls or by emailing [email protected] from the account's registered address. We will verify authority and communicate the effective cancellation date.
A properly received cancellation before the disclosed renewal cutoff prevents later renewals, subject to law. Depending on the accepted plan, access may continue until the paid period ends. Cancellation does not erase charges for service already delivered or authorised usage.
3. When a refund may be available
A refund may be appropriate for a duplicate or unauthorised charge, a verified billing error, a purchased service not supplied, an unremedied material failure, or rights granted by applicable consumer or contract law.
Use of a digital service after informed activation may affect change-of-mind refunds only where local law permits and the restriction was disclosed. We do not impose blanket non-refundable terms on rights that cannot legally be waived.
4. Unused prepaid wallet and promotion credits
When paid wallet funding becomes available, the purchase will disclose whether and when unused funded balances are refundable, any applicable expiry, and how provider-specific spending is deducted. Promotional or complimentary credits may be treated differently from purchased credits.
A Rebnal wallet is a service usage balance, not a bank account, a transferable monetary account or an investment. We will not silently introduce cashout, expiry or forfeiture conditions without lawful disclosure.
5. Refund request procedure and timelines
Email [email protected] with the account email, transaction or invoice ID, charge date, amount, currency and an explanation. Never send a full card number, CVV, OTP or account password. We may ask for reasonable evidence and identity verification.
We will acknowledge and review requests within a reasonable period and within any mandatory statutory or processor deadlines. For approved refunds, the original eligible payment method is preferred; final settlement timing depends partly on the bank or payment network. Where a fixed deadline applies under law, that deadline prevails.
6. Payment disputes, tax and foreign exchange
Pending or manually claimed receipts are not settled funds. Payment disputes may be investigated under the bank, EPS or card network's rules if those processors are later activated. Tax refunds and currency conversion or intermediary-bank adjustments follow applicable law and the provider's actual processing conditions.
Contact our billing team first where appropriate, but doing so does not prevent exercise of a statutory right to dispute a charge.
7. Links and support
Read the Payment & Billing Policy and Terms of Service for related commercial conditions. Paid Stripe or EPS checkout will only be offered after merchant authorisation and activation. Support: [email protected]; /contact/.
